A stunning example of a rare printed tin advertising sign for Wakefield patent castrol motor oil. Such a simplistic but grabbing design with the pictorial of a castrol drum with the script to the top and bottom “buy by the drum”. Such a beautiful tin sign. All hanging holes complete with little brass eyelets. Not a tin sign I have ever seen before.
condition
the sign has some wear and surface blemishes as can be seen. To the top left hand side a pin hole. Otherwise in nice original condition for a rare motoring sign
