Franco signs advertising desk/paperweight in the shape of road sign

unusual advertising item for Franco reflective signs. The address of there headquarters stamped on the weighted base makes me think that this would of been a promo give away as a desk item or a unique paperweight. I have seen simular items in the past like this that have been believed to be salesmans samples so unsure. a very well quality made item with plenty of weight to it and very detailed representation of old road signs. nice little addition to any automobilia collection.

condition

plenty of paint chipping and scuffs and signs of wear. Sign is still very much readable and so is the stamped base. no cracks or damage.
