An exceptional advertising showcard for “BP” stoves. Oddly the company you wouldn’t have thought would have manufactured cooking stoves. Such a beautiful showcard with beautiful illustrations with various ways you could use the stove. With images of the stove being used to heat up an oven, along with boiling water. To the right hand side images of the stove being used as a heater and a lamp. Really was the multifunctional stove back in the day. “Make your own gas with BP stoves” captioned to the top. A stunning early showcard and not one I have seen before. Marked the British petroleum co Ltd to the bottom,
condition
the showcard would benefit from a good clean. Surface wear in places with scratching and marks. To the bottom some oil markings and some creasing to the corners, and one brass eyelet missing to the top. Not been cut down a nice original showcard
