Beautiful advertising Showcard for Rex cigarettes with a beautiful image of a chap in a flat cap with his dog with a bunch of colourful balloons overhead with the word Rex spelt out. It is thought that Rex cigarettes was created by a company from Bristol called Franklyn, Davey & Co. Who in the early 20th century merged with 13 other companies to create what we know as the imperial tobacco company. Such a beautiful advertising card. Would think that it's a cut out card that would stand up if removed from frame but thought it looks rather nice in the frame. With the itc number being 3206 which dates this to 1924 so a lovely early card. With the packet to the bottom left as well such a stunning advertisement.
