Scarce peter brown & co north shields navy wafer biscuits stand up tin advertising sign

superb little counter top tin advertising sign for the North Shields based company Peter brown & co. Not a huge company like the competition at the time, but Peter brown used the surroundings as an advantage having a local busy port, hence the connection to the navy wafer. the company eventually declared bankruptcy in the 1920s so a rather short lived company. a beautiful eye catching tin sign with the pictorial of the biscuit tin. set in a tin strut to the back and a original hanging eyelet

condition

some wear to the face of the sign, scratches ect, but a beautiful example with strong colours
