Lovely little biscuit tin by a unusual biscuit company. Top of the lid depicts king edwards horse 'persimmon' when it won epsom derby in 1896 a lovely early tin with great printing. All sides of the tin decorated in horses running the race a great little colourful tin perfect for a cabinet. The biscuit company were based in kingston halifax.
condition
the tin is in very good condition for age, with minimal scratching. 3 main scratches on the top of the lid and the odd bit of rust round the tin but apart from that all good. great colours and a great subject.
